i have these kinds of days too… guilty of making every excuse there is to NOT workout. but think of how much BETTER you’ll feel after you leave the gym.. even if you’re dead tired, you’ll feel accomplished.

Make a plan, woman – set a date, get the good food in your house and throw out the bad. Then, on that date, eat well. Then do it the next day…
Get rid of the temptations in your house, and steer clear of the ones out of your house. Even if you have to find another way to get where you’re going, just so you don’t pass by whatever temptations are on your regular route.
You can do this, woman. You are worth it – you are worth good food in your body. You are worth feeling great for exercising. YOU ARE WORTH IT!
