		<description><![CDATA[I am sorry about the mug cake! I was just keepin it real. I had to confess my wicked ways to you bloggy people! 

I love your plan! I had the goal last April  to lose 40 lbs in 4 months, which didn&#039;t *quite* happen. It took another almost month to lose 40. I then adjusted my goal to reach a healthy weight (using BMI). I reached THAT weight around MY b-day in January. Several months (and a tragic 10 lbs-off scale debacle) later, I am working on my last 10 lbs. I could stop here; my BMI is in the &quot;average&quot; range, but right at the top. I want a buffer! 

So yup, a year has passed and I am still going- strength training and running (for the first time EVER) the Couch to 5k program. Wheee! 

Take care missy and YOU CAN DO IT! Remember to never give up no matter if you binge, or get lazy and don&#039;t work out for days. A new day is a new chance to eat healthy and move your ass!
