Did it! It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, but I was sooo glad it was over when it was because I was starting to stare at the count-down haha! I will have to find some earphones, as the ones I brought didn’t fit in my phone’s little outlet thingy, so I was left to listen to the sounds of the busy gym and watch the soundless tvs…

I have been thinking of doing it too… but at my current weight I am not sure how feasible it is.
You should, Katie! It might not feel pleasant – it doesn’t for me either – but my good friend, Cici, she has been avoiding running for years beacuse not only is she overweight, but she had major trauma to her knee as a teen when she fell through a window! And she’s been doing it, and although her knee isn’t keeping quiet – it’s not as bad as she thought it’d be at her feeling-great-ness has been outweighing her ouch-damage-factor! Try it out! And maybe even do it on the treadmill at the gym or something, on 0, that way it’s slightly downhill, yknow?
