I kept telling them that they needed to take pictures so that they could see their progress. I showed them your progress pics and didn't say a word about anything. They both said that you could definitely tell a differencce. Both mentioned a difference in your face and waistline. My sis said that you had a lot more definition around your collarbones, which is totally true. Great job!!! :) You should take measurements too...that gives you another quantitative way of tracking yourself besides the scale. I keep up with that and body fat%.
